You are kindly requested to participate in our online JMR Software Climate Survey, our first for 2010. It will take approximately 10 minutes to complete the questionnaire.
This survey will examine dimensions of your organisation, which affect individual satisfaction and productivity.
Your answers to these questions will provide a picture of the work environment or atmosphere, as you perceive it.
No two people’s opinions are the same.
Most questions relate to the climate as established by your immediate superiors. However, some questions relate to the organisation as a whole. Please be honest and answer the questions from your own point of view.

T - True: The statement expresses what you believe is true
IT - Inclined to be True: The statement tends to be true, but you are not definite about it.
IF - Inclined to be False: The statement tends not to be true, but you are not definite about it.
F - False: The statement does not express what you believe is true.
