Welcome! Karndean aims to be an exciting and challenging place to work, where you enjoy the work you do and feel you make a real contribution to our future. The purpose of this survey is to find out how you feel about working for Karndean. Giving you the opportunity to identify those factors that are most important to you and how satisfied or dissatisfied you are with them. You’ll need 10-15 minutes to complete the questionnaire and it is divided into four main sections, (A to D): Section A examines how satisfied or dissatisfied you are with Karndean’s performance in a number of different areas. Section B examines how important or unimportant each item is to you Section C asks some additional questions Section D asks for some basic information about you that will be used for analysis but this will not be used to identify any individual responses. To complete the questionnaire, simply click the answer that relates most to your opinion. For the survey to be accurate it must be anonymous and independent, so we have appointed an external research agency, The Leadership Factor, to carry it out. We need you to give your real opinions when completing the questionnaire and to encourage this The Leadership Factor guarantees to protect the identity of everyone who completes it, in accordance with the Australian Market and Social Research Society Code of Conduct. No one within Karndean will see any of the individual questionnaires. The questionnaire should take no longer than 15 minutes to complete and ideally this should be done as soon as possible but not later than February 28th.
