Hello!
You are invited to participate in the survey regarding the use of problem-based learning (PBL) in MT/CLS curricula. In this survey, all MT/CLS Program Directors will be asked to complete a survey that asks questions about PBL. It will take approximately 10 minutes to complete the questionnaire.

Participation in this study is completely voluntary. It is very important to learn your opinions.

All survey responses will be stricly confidential and identifying information will not be printed or published with the survey results. Your information will be coded and will remain confidential. If you have questions at any time about the survey or the procedures, you may contact Beth Warning at 859-344-2417 or by email at the email address specified below.

For the purpose of the survey, problem-based learning is defined as ‘an educational methodology and philosophy in which a real-life situation containing a problem is used to motivate and challenge students to evaluate, discuss, and resolve the problem’. Students work together in a team setting. Instructors take the role of facilitator, supplying the necessary information without the use of traditional lectures.
