These are your meals for Thursday/Day 4. You are doing the antifungal diet. With that in mind you should eat from your diet group but with an emphasis on the following. The ratio of Protein/Carbohydrates/Fats is around 40%/30%/30% or simply put eat more protein at every meal than carbohydrates and when you have a raw salad (which would be good for you every day) have some olive oil with it. Please follow the following, eliminate all sugars (even organic). Eliminate all fruit except green apples (peeled) and fresh berries. No underground vegetable except carrots, ginger and garlic (all of these are anti fungal). Only organic or free range meats. Cook with coconut oil, olive oil, and/or ghee only. For vinegar use apple cider vinegar. Take cod liver oil capsules on an empty stomach in the morning. Also a probiotic are also advisable in the morning. It is recommended that you have at least 3 meals per day, with at least one snack with a combination of protein fats and carbs to keep your energy up. Do not eat carbohydrates by themselves. Fungus/Candida-yeast/parasites like sugar and we are trying to starve them. The following are you meal suggestions for today.

Please make a note in your planner and copy it so that it appears every week on the same day as a reminder. Also place this menu on your refrigerator. Cook these foods or purchase them from a takeout place already discussed. Also please input here every food item that you eat.
