These are your meals for Sunday/Day 7. You nervous system is a balance between active and resting resulting in being Balanced and as for food digestion/metabolization you metabolize carbohydrates quickly which makes you a Fast Oxidizer and you are dominant with your Fast Oxidation. With that in mind the ratio of Protein/Carbohydrates/Fats is around 30%/45%/25% or simply put you should eat equal amounts of carbohydrates with protein/fats at every meal. And when you have a raw salad (which would be good for you twice a day) have some protein i. e. eggs, light meat (cold cuts for example) with it. You can eat most things and metabolize/digest them well but do not overdo it. Too much carbohydrates will have a bad effect on you. It is recommended that you have at least 3 meals per day, with at least one snack with a combination of protein fats and carbs to keep your energy up. The following are you meal suggestions for today.
