QuestionPro Survey

The Schizophrenia Society of Ontario is a provincial organization working to improve the quality of life of people affected by schizophrenia. We are surveying people with schizophrenia in Ontario and their families to better understand people’s experiences living with schizophrenia. Results of the survey will be used to help us better understand people’s needs in order to plan services and programs for those affected by schizophrenia and to advocate for additional services where appropriate.

If you are a person with schizophrenia or a family member of someone with the illness, please take a few minutes to complete this survey. All answers are strictly confidential. Family members include people with schizophrenia, their relatives, friends and all individuals involved in a caring capacity.
