The African-American Arts Technical Resource Center (AAATRC), founded in 2001, specifically provide services for all cultural and ethnic backgrounds in all genres of public art including theater, writing, music, dance and the visual arts.

Today as its own 501(c)3 The African-American Artists Technical Resource Center (AAATRC) works with individual artists, small arts organizations, businesses and other community members in its effort to use the arts as a tool for community development.
