Save and Continue Options

Save and Continue allows your respondents to save the responses to your survey and come back and continue later.
Note : save and continue is only valid for branched surveys or surveys with page breaks.

Note:
- Piping Option may not work on Surveys that have Save and Continue option enabled.
- Please test Save and Continue option for Surveys with Advanced Branching / Multiple Looping / Randomization.
From which email address are the emails with the continuation link sent?
The email address from the Email Invitation options is used as the From email address for sending the email with the continuation link. For more information please see Additional References.
How will the data be saved in the database?
When respondents click on the Save and Continue button the response is saved in the database as a partial (incomplete) response. Once the respondent continue with the Survey and complete the response the same response set is updated and marked as complete. However, if respondents do not complete the Survey then the response will be saved in the database as a partial / incomplete response.
