ProCoat is implementing and enforcing new policies (or more stringently enforcing existing policies) that weren't in place before you, the workers at ProCoat, stood together and asked for more benefits and better working conditions.

The following actions by management may constitute grounds for an Unfair Labor Practice (ULP) and be against Federal Law.

A change in working conditions while going through the process of forming your union, such as:
Disciplinary rules
Work Schedules
Dress Code
Drug and Alcohol testing
Job qualifications
Sick Leave policy
Attendance policy
Hours
Vacation
Compensation
Evaluations

Basically everything that was prior to this process should remain as "Status Quo" during this process.

If you "feel" or "felt" threatened, harassed or discriminated against or If you know of any of these types of potential violations, or feel or felt in any way something was done wrong, please continue and fill out this form.

No matter how big or small you may think a change is, there may be grounds for a ULP charge.
