Welcome to giffgaff’s Handset Range Survey and a big thank-you in advance for volunteering to take part.
As you may have heard, at giffgaff, we have plans to start selling handsets later this year for the first time and we want to make sure that our range is meeting the needs of our members. To help us choose, in this survey we will ask you which handset you would like to buy if you were to get a new phone today. There will also be the opportunity to select a second and third choice handset.
Each member will get one opportunity to answer – we ask that you please enter your member name and the email address which is associated with the account.
Please try to complete this survey in one sitting – it should take about 10-15 minutes to go through – there are no right or wrong answers, it’s just your opinion that we’re after so that this can be taken into consideration as we’re thinking about the giffgaff handset range.
