Psychological Entitlement Scale

This survey is being conducted for dissertation research on a relatively new concept of psychological entitlement. To define the purpose of my research: I wish to prove/disprove that personal beliefs in getting something for nothing have changed in the past 40 years.

The dissertation is for doctoral studies at Walden University.

Informed Consent:

The survey is totally voluntary. The results will be included in a statistical research paper on psychological entitlement. All answers are voluntary, however I would request that you try to answer all questions. Your personal information will not be asked for, nor required. Your responses will maintain anonymity. You can end this survey at any time during the process.

You will be asked a series of 9 demographic questions and 9 questions specific to the study. Please give the first answer that you think of when you get to questions 10 through 18.

Questions 10 through 18 were acquired from a study conducted in 2004 by Campbell, Bonaci, Shelton, Exline, & Bushman (2004).
