Student Council is excited to recognize teaching excellence. We believe that excellence should be recognized from the bottom up, which is why we thank you for nominating a Teaching Assistant for this award. The TA may be either an undergraduate or graduate student.
You are allowed to nominate people for either award, but please do not nominate more than one person per award. We ask for your name and email to allow further correspondence should we have any questions for you, though they are not required.
You may fill out the form online or upload a letter as a Word document or PDF on this survey. While there is no minimum or maximum length, please be considerate of the length of the letter; we recommend close to one page.
The Student Council Superlative Teaching Assistant Award will be given annually to recognize a member of the University Teaching Assistant staff who makes a positive and lasting impact on the University through: dedication to developing relationships with students and the creation of an enriching supplemental curriculum building on lecture course materials.
Please write a letter detailing how your nominee has embodied the mission and essence of this award. We have purposefully left it open-ended for you. |
