Santa Clara County California is undertaking a massive project to move its justice and public safety applications off of a legacy mainframe, and integration of the new separate application packages will be a critical success factor. In order to guide our efforts in this area, we are asking knowledgeable staff from the twenty largest states in the US to complete this survey about products you use to perform Enterprise Application Integration (EAI)/Enterprise Service Bus (ESB) functions.
Your participation in this study is completely voluntary. If you participate, we ask that your responses be candid. Individual responses will be collected by County staff attached to this project and will not be directly shared with anyone outside of the project team.
It will take approximately 15 minutes to complete the questionnaire. The questionnaire is comprised of 27 questions - a combination of drop-down-boxes, check boxes and text response.
We ask you to report on all products you currently use to perform the EAI/ESB Functions. We would ask you to complete one survey per product. Once you have completed the survey on a product all through to the end (Thank You page), simply click on the link in the email invitation again and repeat as many times as needed. You only need to provide contact information once unless different staff are responding for different products. There are a combination of business process and technical questions so it is possible you may need to collaborate to complete each survey.
