Award: HMO Manager of the Year - Tenants Choice

Thank you for applying for the HMO Manager of the Year - Tenant's Choice Award 2022

This award will recognise those managers whose tenants hold them in high acclaim and who provide outstanding service to their tenants. All nominations are to come from current or past HMO tenants across all HMO specialisms including student, professional, and social.

 

This award will be open to landlords, agents, or master lease operators of all sizes across the country. It will recognise HMO Managers that tenants deem to be strong in all areas of HMO management, including the viewing process, move-in & induction, administration, living/ property experience, customer service, and ongoing management.

PLEASE NOTE: After filling in this application form it is important to share the tenants survey with as many of your tenants as you wish. Quality of the tenant submissions are weighed up against the quantity (as opposed to "most submissions wins").
