The main aim of the study is to develop a better understanding of the current state of the management of supply chain risks and related issues. Against the increasing relevance of risks in supply chains, an improved understanding is very important as it will help us to assess the stage of supply chain risk management and based on that improve extant approaches or come up with entirely new ones.
Therefore, your cooperation is an important part of the successful realisation of this research project as you have the relevant information and knowledge at your disposal. As a small thank for your participation, we would like to offer you a summary of the study which ideally supports your practical work.
The questionnaire should take you about 10-15 minutes to complete. The information you provide will be treated strictly confidential and based on the survey results it will not be possible to draw any conclusions to individual persons.
