Ina, Deskubre, Setbe — To Enlighten, To Discover, and To Serve is the mission of the University of Guam. In alignment with its “Para Hulo’” — “ever upward” Strategic Plan, Strategic Initiative 1: Be Recognized as a Research University (Centered in Island Wisdom), the University of Guam intends to establish a doctoral degree program unique to our geographical region and indigenous cultures.
In light of the above, we are conducting a survey as part of a feasibility study to evaluate the viability of establishing a Doctor of Education (Ed.D.) program at the University of Guam.
