The Voluntary Stewardship Program (VSP) is an optional, incentive-based approach to protecting critical areas through promoting agricultural viability. VSP provides agricultural producers an alternative to regulatory controls.
This checklist serves to recognize stewardship practices currently contributing to the goals in Douglas County's VSP Work Plan and to help producers identify other conservation practices that they might be interested in.
