Please complete this survey if you are interested in participating in a CLL/SLL patient and caregiver support group for veterans through CLL Society's network of support groups. We would like to identify who would be interested in participating, as either a veteran or active duty military person with CLL or SLL, and/or their care partner, and  the best day, time, and frequency for a support group meeting. Support Groups are currently meeting virtually over Zoom.
