The Workshop will include opportunities for the public to provide feedback throughout the meeting. Additionally, the following web-based public feedback portal will be open from October 11 – November 8, 2018, to allow those unable to provide comments at the meeting with an opportunity to provide feedback on issues related to clinical endpoints for sickle cell disease. Please consider responding to any of the following questions in your feedback.
· What are your thoughts on existing and/or needed endpoints for SCD?
· What role do you think you or your organization could play to advance the themes and priority areas addressed at the Workshop?
· Do you have any comments on the discussion that took place during the Oct 17-18 Workshop?

Feedback received will be provided to the Workshop Panels for review; however please note, we will not be able to address all of the feedback received in advance of the Workshop at the meeting itself.
