You are invited to participate in this survey which focuses on usage of the 101/102 service between Dumfries, Biggar, West Linton and Edinburgh. 56 Degree Insight are an independent market research agency and we are working with various local organisations and community councils along the route to ensure as many residents as possible can provide their input and opinions on the service, which is currently under review.  

Please complete this survey whether you are a frequent bus user, someone who only uses it occasionally or even if you don't currently use it - we are keen to hear from everyone in the communities along the route to understand how our communities feel about the bus service. 

Please answer the questions based on your own personal opinions and behaviours - but pass the link on to others in your household so that they can also provide their opinions.
