You are invited to participate in an internal KLRC survey. In this survey, approximately 25 people will be asked to complete a survey that asks questions about your experience with KLRC radio. It will take approximately 5 minutes to complete the questionnaire.


Your participation in this study is completely voluntary. There are no foreseeable risks associated with this project. However, if you feel uncomfortable answering any question, you may skip that question. No questions are mandatory.

At this time, this survey is intended to be internal, for review by KLRC staff and management only.


Your survey responses will be stricly confidential and data from this research will be reported only in the aggregate. Your information will be coded and will remain confidential.
