Information on the 'Attitudes Towards Mandarin Chinese and Motivations Towards the Learning of Chinese Language in Singapore' research project

Dear students,
I am currently doing a research project for my Master in Educational Studies degree at the University of Adelaide, South Australia. You are invited to participate in this research on on the "Attitudes Towards Mandarin Chinese and Motivations Towards the Learning of Chinese Language in Singapore" . You will be required to answer a questionnaire which will take about 20-30 minutes. In this questionnaire, you will be asked questions about your domains of language use, your attitudes towards Chinese Language, your learning process of the Chinese Language and your level of proficiency in the language. You will also be asked to share some of your learning experiences during Chinese lessons.
This study aims to study the relationship between attitudes towards Chinese and proficiency levels in the Chinese language of Singaporean students.
Your participation in this study is very much appreciated. There are no foreseeable risks associated with this project. Your identity and responses will be stricly confidential and will not be disclosed to anyone.
