They are designed to honor individuals and organizations who have exhibited a high level of leadership, achievement and responsibility; who have demonstrated an attitude of excellence in both business and community; and who should be examples for the broader community to emulate.

• Located in the state of Wisconsin
• Proven commitment to developing Hispanic talent within their organization
