A recent survey of oversees Chief Marketing Officers revealed that customer messaging is seen as both an increasingly strategic discipline as well as a largely untapped opportunity to build brand equity, establish competitive differentiation, and enhance sales effectiveness (see the end of the survey for more information on this survey's findings).



Because many of our products carry our client’s company’s marketing and sales messages we wanted to test that information for ourselves. Specifically, we wanted to know if South African marketing and advertising companies are making similar strategic choices.



The following survey should take you no more than 2 minutes to complete.
