Using Customer Surveys To Drive DesignXpert Next Generation Features

One of the challenges facing Netformx is to determine what features will add most value to our customers, and prioritize the list, so we can always focus on what our customers are most interested in.

During the many interactions our Account Managers, Sales Engineers and R&D have with customers, we listen carefully and document the features in our database.

We now have a list of hundreds of “feature candidates” that we need to prioritize in a way that will be efficient, customer-centric and measurable.

One suggestion is to use on-line surveys, and invite our named registered users to take part in the survey, allowing everyone an opportunity to drive the direction of the next version.

This survey is actually an example of the whole process: from invitation, to the survey itself.

Please take a moment to review and answer all the questions, and include your comments in the survey.

Thank you for your ccoperation.
