You are invited to participate in the Living way Church Chosen Vessels Singles Ministry (CVSM) survey. In an effort to strengthen your praise and worship and fellowship experience in CVSM, we ask that you complete this survey. It will take approximately 10 minutes to complete the questionnaire.
