Hello:
You are invited to participate in our survey about distance learning. The distance learning survey is searching for input from students on distance learning courses. The survey defines distance learning as any learning that takes place from a remote location (from home, work, etc.). Courses can be viewed using the Internet or other technology and are completed via individual participation, group projects, instructor-led discussions and lectures, and various assignments, readings, and exams. Some distance learning programs require some on-campus work and the rest is done from a remote location.
In this survey, approximately 30 people will be asked to complete a survey that asks questions about distance learning. It will take approximately 10-15 minutes to complete the questionnaire.
Your participation in this study is completely voluntary. There are no foreseeable risks associated with this project. However, if you feel uncomfortable answering any questions, you can withdraw from the survey at any point. It is very important for us to learn your opinions.
Your survey responses will be stricly confidential and data from this research will be reported only in the aggregate. Your information will be coded and will remain confidential.
