Once again this year, we invite you to complete this survey, in order to help us to measure our customer satisfaction and highlights areas of improvement.

no longer than 5 minutes. Rest assured, all answers are strictly confidential and data from the research will be reported at an aggregate level only.

With the lauch of Microsoft AX back in January, we understand that we created a lot of turbulence that may have affected your confidence in our company. Althrough we have improved a lot since the launch and we're not too far off our prior performance levels, we've added specific questions to better evaluate your perception of the last three months and validate how it aligns with ours. That way we'll be better equipped to adress the areas of improvement required.

COMMUNICATION TOOLS (report)
 
Every change of this amplitude is bound to create some turbulence as we adapt to new ways of doing things. In our desire to improve our "easy to do business with" philosophy, a lot of new reports and communication tools have been introduced since the launch of AX.

ORDERING PROCESS
 
 
* With the standardization of our sales reports, we also introduced a standard communication pattern. The pro forma confirmation will confirm the delivery week of your order and is usually sent to you 24-48 hours after the order is placed, while the confirmation is sent to you 3-5 days prior to delivery to give you the estimated date of arrival. Finally, once an order is completed and shipped, we email you the packing slip report, which contains more detailed information (shipped quantity and BO's, Drop #, etc.).
