DPI 2011 Conference Feedback Form - Management Forum and Executive
The DPI Conferences are an important forum for sharing the achievements, vision and priorities of the department. It is also critical as a way for DPI staff to engage directly with senior leaders and each other.
With the 2011 DPI Conferences completed, we ask each of you to complete this five-minute survey. This survey has been specifically designed for Management Forum feedback. As leaders of the department, your feedback will be used in the development of an even better series of DPI Conferences in 2012.
All staff who attended the Conferences will be surveyed separately.
Note: For those who attended more than one Conference, we ask that you complete a survey for each one you attended. This is important as it will help us understand what we did well and what we need to improve.
