Survey: Career progression within DPI
Dear Colleague
We are keen to understand the barriers which are preventing people from progressing their career in DPI.
This started as a study of Women in Leadership in DPI. However, as we have been collecting information through interviews with executives and workshops for people at all levels in DPI about this matter it has become very clear that there are a number of concerns and possibly barriers impacting both men and women.
In being open, honest and thoughtful during this survey, you will be helping DPI collect information to help design possible strategies and solutions.
Thank you for taking the time to complete this survey.
