You are invited to participate in our survey to evaluate employee satisfaction. Superior customer service is the goal of the practice, and great service and happy employees go hand in hand. In this survey, everyone will be asked to complete a survey that asks questions about job satisfaction. It will take approximately 10 minutes to complete the questionnaire. The results will be blind, and no one will know what you have written.
Your participation in this study is completely voluntary. There are no foreseeable risks associated with this project. However, if you feel uncomfortable answering any questions, you can withdraw from the survey at any point. It is very important for us to learn your opinions.
