In keeping with ClubMomÂ’s goal to continuously improve, we are conducting this survey to gather your feedback to create a great working environment. We want to understand your thoughts on both our culture as well as our management practices and to hear your ideas about how to make ClubMom a stronger and better company.
The survey will be conducted anonymously. Your survey responses will be strictly confidential and data from this research will be reported only in aggregate. The questionnaires will be tabulated and analyzed and a report will be made to company management summarizing the employee viewpoints expressed in the surveys.
We want your honest and constructive feedback and plan to share results with you in the near future.
