In this survey, you will be asked to complete a survey that asks questions about background information, the most difficult facilitation tasks in Communities of Practice, and the most important facilitation tasks in Communities of Practice. PURPOSE

Facilitation is an important ingredient of online communities of practice. However, it is not yet established exactly what tasks a facilitator has to perform in a communities of practice environment for it to be successful. This questionnaire aims to shed some light on this area and lay a foundation for understanding facilitation tasks in communities of practice.
