This survey is being conducted to lay the foundation for my thesis in order to obtain master's.  In this survey, all Hoodz Franchisees will be asked to complete a survey that asks questions about what they believe makes a strong and successful Hoodz Company. It will take approximately 15-20 minutes to complete the questionnaire. Your participation in this study is completely voluntary. There are no foreseeable risks associated with this project.
