At this stage the day would be a Tuesday and to start with fortnightly. With further discussions as to other locations for future gatherings. What options from the following would you prefer-
 
A. 10.30AM-1.30PM with morning tea and drink provided and all bring a plate to share for a light lunch
 
B. 10.30AM-12:30PM and just morning tea and drinks provided
