Hello:

You are invited to participate in our survey, the GIST employee survey. In this survey, all Gistians will be asked to complete a survey that asks questions about your motivation and working conditions, the management's efficiency, the communication, etc. It will take approximately 40 minutes to complete the questionnaire.


Your participation in this study is completely voluntary. There are no foreseeable risks associated with this project. However, if you feel uncomfortable answering any questions, you can withdraw from the survey at any point. It is very important for us to learn your opinions.


Your survey responses will be stricly confidential and data from this research will be reported only in the aggregate. Not even the management will see a questionnaire in its enquity. The system we chose prevents all matching, tracing or correlating of responses. If you want to state your identity in any of the comments, please indicate your name on it. It will still be impossiblet to correlate that name with your responses.


Please note, that you can answer in English as well as in German. Also, you can take the survey only once, so you have to finish when you started. You cannot interrupt and continue later. When you answered a question, you can't go back to questions before (well, in some cases you can due to technical difficutlties, but please just go forward.)
