Your Views on the Introduction of "Top-up Fees"
The recent White paper published by the UK Government states that top-up fees are to be introduced whereby students will face tuition fees of up to 3,000 per year. This will mean that universities will be free set their own fees within this parameter and students will be able to pay these increased fees after graduation. From 2005, the threshold at which graduates will have to start repaying will rise from 10,000 of earnings to 15,000.
The purpose of this questionnaire is to find out how you feel about the Government's method of raising funding for universities. All responses will remain anonymous and it is hoped that you will feel comfortable in answering honestly. The questionnaire will take less than 10 minutes to complete. Please answer the following questions and return the form to Fiona Klat-Smith. Thank you for your time.
