Grand Rapids Opportunities for Women (GROW) is committed to meeting their vision of becoming a strong entrepreneurial resource to all women-owned businesses in our community.
To support their efforts to provide inclusive and quality services to all community members they serve, they have obtained the services of Inclusive Performance Strategies (IPS) to facilitate an evaluation to measure their capacity to provide an inclusive environment and services.
As part of IPS’s evaluation, we are collecting data through the following survey from clients, partners, supporters and community members to gain a snapshot of GROW’s current ability to support quality services to all community members of all culturally diverse backgrounds.
The survey will take 5 minutes or less to complete. All answers will remain confidential and results of the survey will be reported as a group. After Inclusive Performance Strategies completes their evaluation the information will be utilized to develop a strategic blue print for inclusion for GROW.
