Hello:
The Human Resources Service Center (HRSC) has launched a Lean Six Sigma Project (sponsored by Sheila Collier) focused on improving its reporting processes. This effort will follow a phased approach, with the initial project focused on the Ad Hoc reporting process/outputs (defined within this survey), followed by focus on standard reporting and scatter-grams. Based upon baseline data collected to date, the Ad Hoc reporting area offers the greatest opportunity for time reduction and improved customer satisfaction of the primary HR Customers (XNA HR Consultants; Other unit HR Operations Managers, and HRSC HR Operations Managers).
Your answers will help the HRSC better understand and meet customer requirements for Ad Hoc Reporting Outputs, while reducing the amount of time required producing and using ad hoc reports so capacity may be shifted to work that better supports the customer base.
This survey consists of 15 questions and will take approximately 15 minutes to complete.
Your survey responses will be strictly confidential and data from this research will be reported only in the aggregate. Thank you very much for your time and support. Please start with the survey now by clicking on the Continue button below.

Ad Hoc Report
Definition & Examples: An Ad Hoc report is a one-time new request/report that requires creating and executing queries to meet the needs of the question at hand OR reports that are somewhat predictable that are run on an as needed basis and tweaked based on specifics of the request. Essentially, Ad Hocs are anything other than standard reporting (on the HR Reporting Channel). |
