Attendance and Volunteers for Field Trip

Dear Parents and Friends of the First Grade:

You are invited to attend our annual field trip!

This is a survey that will help us determine how many families will be attending the field trip. It will help us gauge how many volunteers we need and how to divvy up the responsibilities needed. Your participation in this study is completely voluntary, but will be extremely helpful for our planning purposes.
