Dear Respondent You are invited to participate in my survey "Impact of Organisational Restructuring on Employee Health and Morale". In this survey, approximately 600 people will be asked to complete a survey that asks questions about what effect the UKZN restructuring process has had on the health and morale of the employees and to identify and find a solution on how organisations can restructure its business without adversely affecting the health and morale of employees.
