IPA Staff Forum 2009 Post-event questionnaire

Thank you for participating in the pre-event questionnaire that was circulated prior to the recent IPA Staff Forum. Your responses helped us better understand what you wanted from the Staff Forum and gauge your understanding of IPA management issues.

We would appreciate if you could again assist us by completing this Post-event survey to help us conclude our assessment of how effective and relevant the Forum was for you.

You will not be asked to provide your name or position/function details, nor is there any way to track who has submitted the survey through the network. Your answers will be compiled randomly in a spreadsheet with no identifying information.
