You are invited to participate in our survey about Infrared Thermal (IRT) residential inspections. Approximately 400 people will be asked to complete a survey that asks questions about Energy savings using IRT. It will take approximately 12-15 minutes to complete the questionnaire.
Your participation in this study is completely voluntary. There are no foreseeable risks associated with this project. However, if you feel uncomfortable answering any questions, you can withdraw from the survey at any point. It is very important for us to learn your opinions.

| Infrared Thermography uses temperature sensitive thermal cameras to view the exterior wall of a residence. Done correctly, under non-intrusive but controlled conditions, the Thermographer can identify anomalies such as missing, wet or damaged insulation in walls and ceilings, air infiltration around basement sill and windows or poor R-values of existing doors. Reported findings can then be used as a blueprint for the owners to take corrective action. With this map, the owners can identify the energy wasting areas and quickly reap the benefits of saving money, protecting their investment and increasing their home comfort. |
