You are invited to participate in our survey seeking input to help the current Board of Directors. In this survey, all the homeowners will be asked questions about issues for the HOA. It will take approximately 3-5 minutes to complete the questionnaire.

2. Regarding this question, PLEASE be aware we would prefer you to attend the meeting on Monday so that you can ask questions and hear all the information available...Nonetheless, please let us know your thoughts given the following basic information...
In 2000 the outflow from the pond
sprung a leak in the main concrete pipe. The leak was fixed and has worked since then. The pond committee has researched a more permanent fix to preclude a future leak. The most economical fix is a plastic sleeve device that would be inserted into the existing outflow pipe. Estimates for the sleeve are between $30k-$35k, and represent more than 80% of the HOA's current funds on hand. Based on this info please check one...
