Thank you for agreeing to participate in our Latin American (LATAM) HQ - 2017/2018 Merit Increase Survey, for organizations headquartered in the Miami and South Florida Area.  

This survey collects data from HR or Compensation Departments, not from individual employees.  Your responses are confidential and only aggregated data from all participants are included in the published results.   The survey should take five minutes, once you have assembled preparatory information.   To help you prepare, this survey collects information on Actual 2017 and 2018 Forecasts for the following: LATAM HQ headcount, Salary Structure Increases, Merit Increases, Promotional and Special Adjustment Increases, Number of Performance Levels, Distribution of Employee Population by Performance Level, and Increases by Performance Levels.

Additionally, we ask brief questions about the LATAM countries supported, and some related questions.  

All participants will receive the Basic LATAM HQ Merit Increase Report for free for participating.   An enhanced report will be available for $175.00 for those who want more comprehensive information, and breakouts.
