Hello,

You are invited to take part in a research study about leadership development through project management. The study deals specifically with the relationship between leadership and project management practices and how an assignment as a project manager prepares an individual for a leadership position of greater responsibility.

The study is being conducted by Blaine W Boxwell Jr, at Albertus Magnus College New Dimensions program as part of a thesis project for the Masters of Science in Management degree. The faculty sponsor/advisor for this study is Howard C. Fero, PhD, Assistant Professor of Business and Leadership at Albertus Magnus College.

If you agree to participate in the study, you will be asked to take part in an online survey consisting of 10 general statements/questions, and 11 demographic questions that will take no longer than 15 minutes to complete. The survey can be accessed at the following web address: http://www.questionpro.com/akira/TakeSurvey?id=371039

Risk assessment: there is no risk to participation in this study beyond that of everyday life.

Your participation may help the investigator to better understand the relationship between leadership and project management practices and how an assignment as a project manager prepares an individual for a leadership position of greater responsibility.

All of your responses are anonymous and confidential. No individual participant will be identified. No attempt will be made to ascertain your identity or the IP address of the computer from which the survey was accessed. The only information mentioned in any reporting, publication or presentation will be in summary form.
While I would prefer that all participants answered all questions, if at any time you do not wish to answer a question, you are free to not answer.

Your participation in the study is voluntary; you may choose not to participate or withdraw from participation at any time without penalty.

If you have any questions, please contact me at [email protected]

Thank you for your help in completing this project.
