Dear Research Participants:
We, Loral I Barrie and Brooke L Wenzel are conducting a research project entitled “Number of Children within a household related to their parents education” part of a class project at South Dakota State University.
The purpose of the study is to look at the number of children in a household within an African American family and measure their parent's level of education in relation to their income level.
You as a student are invited to participate in the study by completing the attached survey. We realize that your time is valuable and have attempted to keep the requested information as brief and concise as possible. It will take you approximately 20 minutes of your time. Your participation in this project is voluntary. You may withdraw from the study at any time without consequence.
There are no known risks to you for participating in this study.
There are no direct benefits to you for participating in this study. This is for our class project to conduct research. ,
Your responses are strictly confidential. When the data and analysis are presented, you will not be linked to the data by your name, title or any other identifying item.
Please assist us in our research and return the completed survey in the enclosed envelope.
