Hello: You are invited to participate in our survey to collect data on veterans' experience with, interest in, and concerns about the arts, and how the arts may or may not play a role in the lives of veterans. In this survey, those who are currently serving or who have served in the military will be asked to complete a survey that asks questions about the role of the arts in their daily lives. It will take approximately 5 minutes to complete the questionnaire. Your participation in this study is completely voluntary. The data collected in this survey will be used as research for students of the M.A. Applied Theatre program at The City University of New York who are designing a theatre workshop for veterans for a Thesis Action Research Project. Your survey responses will be strictly confidential and data from this research will be reported only in the aggregate.
