We propose to introduce a trial on Ocean B where notes pertaining to the current admission are kept in a ring binder, while old notes are kept in the bottom drawers of the notes trolleys. The hypothesis is that this will make it easy to find all relevant information regarding the current admission and reduce the frustration that may be associated while trying to negotiate poorly kept records.
