Thank you for attending the workshop "Mindful Action in Rough Waters." We addressed anxiety, clarified our strengths, and learned some meditation. This is hard work, so congratulations Wellesley Rowers!

You are getting the most out of your athletic experience to fuel your life.

Creating Possibility

The athletic experience (and life) you want is available through the possibility you create for yourself and how you share that with others.

Creating a possibility for yourself involves taking one of your negative self-talk phrases--your complaint--like, I don't deserve..., I'll never be as good... I'm not good enough, and turning it on it's head. The nature is such that when you share your possibility with others, they are equally excited and inspired. Your possibility is not something in the future but a way of being in the present.
i.e., "
The possibility I create for myself is that...
...I have many strengths and use them to get me through challenges including asking for support.

...The possibility I create for myself is that I am valuable and  strong even when life gets tough."

...The possibility I create for myself is that I nurture my physical and emotional wellbeing for myself and the team."

...The possibility I create for myself is that I deserve to give myself every opportunity  to reach my full potential."

Drop me an email and let me know how you are doing.
To your continued emergence and self-making!
